This Prometheus Agency Scorecard application ("Service") is an internal business tool operated by Prometheus Agency ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Prometheus Agency Scorecard is an internal key performance indicator (KPI) dashboard designed to aggregate and display business metrics from various data sources including HubSpot, QuickBooks, and ClickUp. This Service is intended solely for use by authorized Prometheus Agency team members and stakeholders.

3. Authorized Use

Access to this Service is restricted to authorized users only. You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials
  • Not share access with unauthorized individuals
  • Report any security concerns immediately to the Company
